Brexit has turned everything upside down mate, and will take some time to sort it self out and settle down. Bumpy ride for while yet IMO

I was a "Nearly" in trouble back then...... We had placed our name down on a new build, and I had pushed the numbers as hard as I possibly could.... But, thankfully (in hindsight ) we didn't sell ours, so had to let the other one go. Had we moved in, six months later we would have been in big big trouble.... Because the interest rate went crazy..... Phew.... Eventually we extended our own house, so every cloud as they say...

That's why a few people are now getting quite excited on TSTR, because although their primary project is for antimony, they've announced recently that they have agreed with their sponsors to add a gold recovery plant in as well.... Because like you say, antimony, gold , silver etc all found together ....;-))

That's the fear I have now with the youngsters of today.... They are getting huge mortgages and if the inflation rises in years to come, some of them will be in big trouble
