In my opinion here is why Odey�s will not take TSTR private�. Under AIM rules anything that they do has to be �fair and reasonable and in the best interests of the Shareholders and the Company as a whole�. Read below the outstanding debt amounts to around 10% of MCap and either of �1.48 million or �2.32 million (depending on use of IPR payment). Two things: 1. To wipe out PI�s for that piddly amount would not be fair and reasonable, 2. A loan for �1.9 mil (mid-point) would not carry such a % interest rate that a fully functioning roaster could not get a decent % rate on it. So imho NO WAY Odey�s would get away with anything that is not deemed fair and reasonable to ALL shareholders. Odeys had a $6 mil loan. Added a further $2.8 million The $2.8 was paid from OO. And $2.7 million was applied to part repay loans outstanding. $6 million - $2.7 million = $3.3 million outstanding. The balance from the final IPR payment should be $1.2 million. So it�s one of two things. Use the $1.2 million IPR payment �on commissioning� (which should be before end of June) to pay down, Don�t use it to pay down keep it for working capital. So outstanding will be either: $3.3 Million, or $2.1 Million Even if roaster ADVERTISEMENT at 25% and goes live 1st June the revenue at �1,000 P/T would only be �166,667 for a month (yes 1 month at 25% at �1K P/T generates �166,667). Let�s convert to � GBP. �2.32 Million or �1.48 Million Even if Odeys call in the loan they would be redeeming at a maximum 40% discount (and that is very high considering potential to get a bank to stump up �1.9 mil). The MCap at the moment is around �27 mil (at time of typing) so �16.2 mil at 40% discount (and that�s high in my opinion) would be between 9% and 14% Take the discount to 20% and its between 7% and 11%. If we says 20% + the accruing interest maximum is around 14% Even at 14% I am not too concerned to have a stake in a company that is fully funded, has no debt, and, is in production with plans to grow. I would rather have 1% of a growing company than 10% of a stagnating one, let me remind you: SPMP will continue to grow and develop the site and its business. And all that has the big �IF� Odey�s don�t extend. And I go back to they could have left the debt at $6 million and let the loans expire and took it all anyway.
