FE,
Again absolute nonsense from you the numbers are not confusing. If you are short just say it - As it certainly seems that way - If you hold for your own sanity please sell sell sell...
You say you are invested in TSTR - Are you, are you really?
Where do you get 7 figure cost for TSTR? They reduced the total cost in 2016 to near 700K - And now BOD is much smaller - Do you know anything or just make it up?
Also - As at 20 December 2017, being the latest practicable date prior to the publication of this document, the Company held cash balances of approximately 600,000
Also as part of the OO - Odey Funds in November 2017 and also allows for the Company to retain approximately 250,000, after expenses, for general corporate purposes.
This was reaffirmed in a subsequent RNS:
The balance of the 4.42 million of funds raised from the Open Offer (being 0.37 million) has been retained to pay the costs of the Open Offer and provide additional funds for general corporate purposes.
That is enough cash to take them to at least December 2018 - READ, READ AND READ AGAIN!
GET SOMEONE TO READ IT IF YOU DONT UNDERSTAND:
The investment in SPMP has been financed from Tri-Star's existing cash resources, constituting part of the proceeds of the recent Open Offer to shareholders. Of the remaining net proceeds of the Open Offer, $2.7 million (2.0 million) has been applied to part repay loans outstanding from funds under the discretionary management of Odey Asset Management.
The $2.8 was funded from the OO -
$2.7 Was paid off the $6 MIL leaving $3.3 Million
If $1.2 mil is used from IPR that leaves $2.1 mil
Get someone to convert that to GBP for you.
THAT IS 1.49 MILLION outstanding - A ridiculously low amount - TELL ME THAT IS INCORRECT - It is 100% correct.
I added the interest to take it to 1.9 million - Read my post and trhen read the OO document that cleared the original loan, so the $2.8 has not accrued any interest till it was taken - The OO all but wiped out the original 25% is not accruing on $6 mil is it - READ THE OO DOCS "PLEASE READ THEM".
And it was clear in the OO documents what would be outstanding - READ IT.
You are correct we do not get to decide what is fair and reasonable - But neither do Odeys - They WOULD never get away with saying we are taking all TSTR we dont have for 1.5 MIL - 1.9 MIL MIL - MAX.
Only a complete idiot would say they could.
On "IPR" not coming -
22 March - THEIR OWN WORDS:
The front end of the plant, comprising of the concentrate handling shed and concentrate dryer, is complete and ready for cold commissioning.
The plant is due to produce its first antimony metal in June 2018.
Now there could be a delay, but if they provide misleading information then Shareholders could take a claim against them - Not sure they want that.
Do you know ANYTHING ABOUT TSTR?
I really really think you need to sell or prob
