I agree, but surely the reverse is also true, so they will hold the price down instead of letting it go, so they can grab the cheap shares first

Nicely put, I really get annoyed with blattent Ramping too, but as you know it goes with the territory.
You have to be able to learn the Ramping and deramping techniques, as some are extremely clever at covering it up.
As you say, many others who don't post read these boards, and I posted earlier today elsewhere, "I will answer a serious question to the best of my ability", but ask stupid questions and the reply will be similar.
Most of the time I'm upbeat and try to make the boards a happy place, otherwise there's no point IMO.
But you are right, with every good point, there's generally a down side too, and peeps sometimes turn their backs on them,
Once they've been burnt a few times they will learn, and that can be a hard lesson....

Chinese info on solar panels
The European Union will scrap import controls on solar panels and cells from China in September, rejecting a request from EU producers who argue that the bloc will be opening its doors to a flood of dumped products.
The European Commission, which coordinates EU trade policy, proposed dismissing the request for an "expiry review" and received backing from a majority of the EU's 28 countries, according to EU sources familiar with the discussions.
The European Union first imposed anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures for Chinese solar panels, wafers and cells in 2013 and extended them in March 2017 by 18 months, signalling that they should then end
