It's interesting that even such a small amount didn't get in though. We know there's not many feee floats about so things could get interesting in the coming weeks

I've been having another reading session on this company, and I've discovered it's effectively an insurance cover called "StemCell"
One of the original non exc board members was a co founder of "DenPlan" the good old dentists insurance.
In May 2018 the FCA suspended the trading of the company for circa five to six weeks as they hadn't complied with all reporting requirements. So only short lived as back in June 2018.
The do seem to be spreading around the globe, Brazil, UK, Singapore, Spain to name a few, and placings so far appear to have been without dilution to PI investments.

What do I make of them? Good question
I think it's thought needed but watch trading on CNBC and see what happens in the near future
