It really shouldn't effect full scale production too much IMO.
You will have the control rooms where most of the necessary action takes place.
Obviously maintenance etc has to be taken into account but unless they have a train break down I can't see it having any adverse affect

You're trying to read too much into mate, yes, things won't be 100% right first time, but generally you have these things (as best as can be, and I know WP do) add in "Contingency Times".
I'm really not bothered unless a major piece of equipment was to fail, but in a case like that, generally there would be clauses in the paperwork which made the suppliers responsible, then it's surprising how quickly they move in such cases.
