The Directors are not aware of any price sensitive information about the Company which has yet to be disclosed, and previous disclosures made by the Directors in their opinion reflect fairly the most updated performance of the Company.
So, either a leak or it's being pushed

The Commonwealth of The Bahamas wishes to advise that it has received notice from the major international oil company that entered into an exclusivity agreement with the Company, effective 1 May 2018 that it will not further extend the exclusive nature of negotiations beyond 31 August 2018.

I really don't know them, or what they do but as they are pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with AECOM, a fully integrated global infrastructure firm.

is pleased to report that it has now signed the Detailed Heads of Agreement ("HoA") with the Ethiopian investors, as originally outlined in the announcement of 11 June 2018. The Ethiopian investors intend to make their investment of US$30-35 million (Birr-equivalent) via Arabian Nubian Shield Resources Limited ("ANS Resources"), a company which is in the process of incorporation.

Out of all the countries in the world being hit the hardest it's china
Not just because of the tariff situation, but also through there internal environmental changes being brought in overthr kast couple of years. So they can't manufacture/ make / mine / or anything anymore to save cash and Sod the HSE side of things
