is pleased to announce that is has raised £2.65 million (gross) via a placing of 240,909,091 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Placing Shares") at a price of 1.10 pence per new Ordinary Share (the "Issue Price") (the "Placing"). The Company primarily intends to use the proceeds of the Placing for further strategic investment into its current portfolio and potentially into further investment opportunities.

Questions for AGM from beyond

In rns 25th June they clearly state the following:
Gold dore and antimony production is expected in the near future.
Then next paragraph.
Once commercial production has been achieved now targeted for the end of this year.

So what is it ?????
Near future or
December?

If end of year, spmp SMT should be sacked.

And end of year, is NOT the near future.

I bet listing spmp will NOT be delayed by near 2 years.
