PowerHouse Energy Group plc ("PowerHouse Energy" or the "Company") advises that in the RNS Reach response to the BBC1's documentary 'War on Plastic with Hugh and Anita' on 11 June 2019 the Company wrongly labelled the electricity produced from plastic waste clean-up as 'clean'.



The electricity produced does have emissions and within UK these must meet the stringent criteria set by the IED (Directive 2010/75/EU). The reference to 'clean' should have been made against the hydrogen fuel produced by the process.

is pleased to announce that drilling operations have commenced offshore Guyana with the spudding of the first exploration well on its Jethro-Lobe prospect on the Orinduik Block. Jethro-Lobe was spud at 22:45hrs (Local Guyana time) on Thursday 4th July 2019 using the Stena Forth drillship.

Things appear to be progressively improving so worth watching

Can't quite get my brain around this one, so suggest watching for movement, although not expecting

FST agreeing a transaction framework and there is clear evidence of buy-in to the concept at a commercial level on both sides. However, it is also now clear that there is no meaningful prospect of agreeing Heads of Terms, less still entering into a definitive legal agreement, prior to the closing date of the Science Group Offer of 16 July 2019.
