DGOC is pleased to announce that it has entered into a 15-year, definitive and extendable agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's ("Pennsylvania") Department of Environmental Protection (the "Department") setting out the Company's asset retirement obligations in Pennsylvania (the "Agreement").
