Not sure what you are trying to achieve. DS has stated openly he would prefer a greater percentage. However SNPC have the right to pay $10 million in cash.
Who cares what you or I want it’s down to the agreement. If SNPC can’t offer cash in the future for monies owed or future costs then DS May insist on a greater percentage.until then its more neynin the bank.
