DS did touch on this during last podcast. He was very happy with Djeno oil flowing to surface and rather than pay extra money to find the additional data required for an up to date CPR decided with information he already had to target Djeno reservoir and straight into production.
Some might say DS I’d trying to run before he can walk but if what he knows which is more than anyone else and he is confident to not spend time and money to confirm what he already knows then I support his decision.

It’s not a situation where DS will break the law it’s more clarifying and expanding on what DS has said in podcast, presentations and written in a RNS. It is fantastic that Jamesons attended and I’m sure obtained that clarification he needed and as a result has purchased more.
