You can’t have 170% rise without a RNS especially when there is an article in the media.
At the very least the price sensitive information in the article needs to be acknowledged as true or denied if false.

Agree it needs to go into a RNS if true and also if fake news due to the rise, either way there has to be a RNS.

Those two trades are clearly a bed and ISA so no impact on SP just someone going in long term expecting a large uplift and no tax.

18 mths is no time when investing. I have been here a similar length of time an average of 0.44 for 16 million shares so my balance looks bad however the issue of the LOI means in time I will get far more back than invested.

The LOI is expected this month, currently the previous placing are selling into any rise. Hopefully prior to the next announcement they will be cleared.

During the last Q&A Naheed said "they had worked to hard to do funding at a discount."

Naheed said" Funding for Green Hydrogen is readily available and easily assessable."

Once LOI issued this month it could push the SP towards 1.6p+ so a 20% premium placing would be acceptable. Otherwise they can buy on the open market.

I am in no doubt you have been approached already, however ORCP are the first movers in Green Hydrogen in ****stan do not sell all your hard work and the patience of shareholders cheaply.

REMEMBER this Naheed the initial hard work is almost complete DO NOT do a funding call unless at a premium.

It appears that ORCP monitors LSE maybe even Naheed herself on occasions.

If this is the case then can shareholders have confirmation that the £600k has been paid to the bank.
If it has then where is the LOI?
If the £600k has not been paid then please explain the reason it hasn’t.

A short podcast or another Q&A session would be a good platform to tell us shareholders exactly what the position is.

I would prefer a clearer layman’s terms tweet “monies received from Sheikh and monies transferred to bank.”

I’m expecting notification either via RNS or company tweet that the Sheik has provided his 70% to fund LOI £420k.

Once received full payment £600k should immediately be paid to bank.

A RNS to state monies paid, shortly followed by the catalyst RNS that LOI is in our possession.

This company has an outstanding future and I believe Naheed is the right person to push all our projects forward.
I have 16 million shares accumulated over the last couple of years.
However I have to say this was poor timing and at a ridiculous price.

During her second to last interview she stated she would make investors pay a premium for a placing.

We only needed £180k which is our 30% to get the LOI issued.

Naheed had that amount readily available. Once we physically had LOI then a placing could have been at a premium.

Ruined a fantastic week. Will be back towards 0.04p next week but unnecessary.
