I totally agree and looks like it’s will be 0.02 this is my educated guess watching the SP action.

I still won’t sell any of my shares to re-buy and increase by 10% as further positive news might drop but it’s disappointing if funding is at this price.

I like many other are just waiting for this to come good we are getting there.

Kaheel Energy and ORCP have a joint venture for GH it’s 70:30 split

Kaheel paid £273k ORCP paid £117k into a BANK to progress the LOI

I am not sure how much clearer I can say that.

We are NOT giving money to a private company as you have stated on a couple of occasions.

Naheed has made it clear we need our 30% which will be 900k this shouldn’t be a shock to anyone who is invested.
Whether that’s spilt between existing monies and a dilution or maybe some of the sheikh associates.
I have said there will be a dilution IMO but we need the SP at a higher price to reduce the impact on shares allocated.
The good news is once is money is required it will indicate that ORCP are well and truly on the map.

Both Kaheel and ORCP transferred monies to a bank.

There will be dilution but its all about the timing and price.
Naheed has already stated that funding for GH is readily available, I would imagine this will be via a connection with the Sheikh.
This would be fantastic as they would not sell or short the company.
If she goes elsewhere and gives a 30% discount then Naheed has failed.

If there is a raise for JV gold then Naheed has to show it is ORCP that own the resource and any JV will be on our terms, otherwise wait for Thar VI and GH and fund it ourselves.

The real money is in GH and Thar IMO. We are under CPEC so there are billions available.

Naheed lets think about a raise at a premium , it is rare but does happen our company has the potential to be transformational for ****stan and its current investors. The majority of hard work and suffering has been done do not place at a ridiculous low price.

I have only seen Reuters article. The opening paragraph is;

Who announced what to whom there isn’t anything that I can find.

My point is provide a RNS which is a necessity and watch the SP rise and HOLD.
