Unlike yesterday it took ages to get a dummy sell today I can sell 1.7 million at 0.875 with iii so not all bad certainly more consistent than yesterday.

So it’s a yes to TR1 on 3rd July showing 300 million and an indication as to reason. Will be interesting to see what box is ticked hoping to reveal something in the “other specify “ box

Should we get a TR1 on 3rd July or is the below paragraph from today’s RNS sufficient?

Indicative price up from 0.9 with iii to 1p at close. Maybe a gap up in the morning who knows.

Haven’t been able to get a dummy sell for acouple if hours with iii now offered 0.9001 for under 200k shares and 0.875 for 1 million.

Maybe seller done or iii just dragging their feet.

Brilliant news. ORCP have £250k and the warrants are locked in increasing holding to 300 million.

What is the £250k for? discussion behind close doors more news to come.

Sellers are in every share some get it right make their 10% others buy back making 10% extra holding. However get it wrong at this stage with news due will be a learning curve as there will be an instant gap up and very high buy volume IMO

Ponkey that’s not true it has never been closer. The board have done everything required just waiting for announcement so genuinely anytime.

The last three warrants exercised were followed by further news within a week.
Board appointment, Holding RNS, lock-in agreement. Would be good to see the news trend continue next week.

at 0.95 a few got lucky and bought but looks like a few stop loses got taken out during the dip. Still confident of 1.05+ finish.
Also expect a large after hours buy
