The above bullet point was in addition to the 'additional potential development' bullet point so does refer to the current Thar VI project.

Do you consider five days for LOI a while? It has been explained and shown on PPIB website that LOI fee and guarantee needed to start 15 day process for LOI the £45 million which would appear to be the guarantee was RNS on 9th so as previously stated on or before Friday 24th July.

The increase in new negative posters is a very strong signal that positive news is due. Taking Casper’s information into consideration which can be found on PPIB website it would appear it was necessary to get the £45 million guarantee , now everything is in place for LOI to be rubber stamped.

For starters the Engro power and mind project was commissioned on 10th July 2019 so the article you found from 21016 is historical and incorrect

MADGEYBOY its not the project its the DATE that has be reconsidered.

The PPIB has also suggested that since the commercial operation date of the 1,320MW Oracle Power Project, being a CPEC priority project, was 2027 and 2030 in two phases of 660MW each, it should be reconsidered keeping in view the latest demand-supply situation and other parameters.

This IMO means PPIB want the Oracle Power project completed earlier, this ties in with PPIB website - CPEC pdf

Oracle Thar coal 'COD is targeted by Jun 2023'.

Therefore the DATE has been reconsidered not the project - bringing COD forward.
