We have access to 45 million on our terms. Need to dilute for the additional £1.5m already taken. So certainly no short or midterm finances needed.
Thor VI will be funded in the vast majority by Chinese financing.
We have a Shielk holding 300m shares with voluntary tie in minimum February.
No skeletons just a waiting game.

Some deal with delays better than others. These delays are NOT due to ORCP everything submitted fees paid ETC Personally as an investor and not a trader I am very relaxed. I am not concerned when LOI comes as I’m certain it will come and instantly gap up. IMO

Exactly Jimiam this article was fully discussed on this board and it is clearly the timelines have been brought forward ‘reconsidered’ which is a necessity for Pakistan and a benefit to ORCP as a priority.
