Agreed re the business ethos in China. Both my Brother in Law and an ex work colleague do business out there regularly and it is a minefield. As I said once before and was duly abused, the management of this shambles is taking, no doubt big, chunks of money "under false pretences". It now seems blatantly obvious they are a bunch of incompetents who should not have been appointed in the first place. SP down 35% in 2 months and looking extremely likely it will fall further. A far cry from the 377p it hit back in Sept.2014 since which time it has seen a steady downward spiral. The headline on the HL Board back in September "Tungsten Corporation upbeat on continued growth progress" is laughable.

Recent developments (22nd May) on the Unaoil investigation (https://www.sfo.gov.uk/cases/unaoil/) Also the 4 defendants will appear in Court on 25th July 2018.

Green retired in March and as at 26th April only an Interim Director had taken on his role. The post of COO remains vacant.We can only hope that this rather temporary state of affairs at the SFO does not cause further delays in the outcome of their investigations

Agree to a certain extent Constantly but surely the potential impact of a fine by SFO was priced in a long time ago? As usual we have had steady progress then suddenly a 10% drop in a week but due to what?? A failed bond issue is not the end of the world-it's happened before and will happen again but over the last 12 months we have had this pattern of a steady tick up to a new high then along comes "news" that kicks the sp in the groin (am I allowed to say that?). It's all a bit too coincidental (as was the rush by 2 shorters to increase their position just 24 hours before the SFO investigation was announced!!!)

One lives in hope " As ye sow so shall ye reap" (probably not a very accurate quote) In answer to the queries about why the shorters persist one can only conjecture on them banking on a paucity of new contract uptake in 2018 and a far more severe SFO fine than was expected, neither of which is a sure fire certainty.
