This has the potential to be HUGE !!!!!

Just received a welcome reply from Synthomer following my rather angry email about the news on capital raise confirming they are negotiating hard on the refinancing and repeating they have a number of options under consideration!!

Obviously no guarantees but nice to hear their hard negotiations are to ensure they achieve the best overall outcome for shareholders that is possible.

They will not be looking at a large disposal at this stage the company has just reported that business is showing signs of improvement, they will have been reviewing options for the refinancing and talking to their main shareholders who are key to this . Kuala lumpur kepong owns nearly a third of the business and could look at investing in the company with a view to taking it over in the future, great fit for the company.

I would imagine following all this carnage we shall see some sort of calming announcement next week to stop this ridiculous speculation, looks like Blackrock have closed their short position which probably means they have got wind on it !!

I predict an announcement in the next couple of weeks that negotiations on the refinancing are progressing and they hope to update the market as soon as an agreement is in place then back to 50/60p !!!

With roots dating back to 1863 , operations across the world , 3000 employees producing products used in thousands of businesses it’s going to be wiped out as its bankers are not going to support it’s refinancing , I don’t think so .

Buy when everyone is fearful , who said that?

You have obviously carried out extensive research in this company to come up with such a comprehensive statement of its future .

It was just one of a number of options why is everyone so negative about this company’s future , while I am surprised they have left the share price hanging subject to total speculation which has been an absolute disaster this company makes some great products .

Evoke tanked on an announcement down to 19p with a lot more debt and look at the price now !!!!!

Is someone looking to buy this out !!!!

As a supplier to Collins next year is going to be a huge one for TT it makes sense that they decline any offers as this company has the potential to double its turnover in the coming years .

Based on their previous offer of shares and cash it would now be worth £1.62 and the company is now in a much better state .

Volex shares are racing ahead makes sense for them to make an all share offer for the company , the combination of the two would have so many positives !!

Looks like something is cooking makes sense for Volex to come back with another offer !!

There obviously wasn’t many !!

In fact they might surprise us all if trade is good and they have a plan to cope with the increased tax and carry on as is !!!!

They won’t sell the retail side that is producing all the cash and tax changes have no impact .

Long term this company will turnaround and be back to its old ways but at the moment it has got heat on it and the price could drift lower. There may be better opportunities elsewhere for investors that doesn’t involve waiting such as Evoke with a trading update on Tuesday.
