not sure if i’ll bother going tbis year as keith just talks *******s about “what’s coming soon” and knows he has the protection from the likes of fingers and co when it comes to voting imo.

Almost spat my coffee out reading the latest conspiracy theory there Skelly .. sorry to shoot it down but Keith’s ex Mrs still holds her EMH shares from the divorce, as per publicly available shareholder report. (She got shafted on the timing I highly doubt she is complicit)

His new missus is involved with Nexus - who do the books for EMH, detailed in multiple Annual reports. Oh, I was also at the AGM where she was there and Nexus appointed as accountants. She very much exists in case you have any doubts.

Follow the money I say, Keith and Nexus are being paid every day out of the EMH coffers. there doesn’t need to be a massive conspiracy involving ex wives and underhanded share transfers for large amounts of money to be made over a period of time.

Hence, project silence and timeline delays are not a problem as the cheques keep coming regardless. I’ll leave it you Skelly to work out how much they’ve been paid, it’s all available info.

If you can’t see that as a likely explanation and lean towards share conspiracies instead, understand there are holes the size of Texas in your theory.

FWIW I’ve no confidence either in Keith to get the job done and am pi55ed at the way he’s gone about ignoring shareholders enquiries and the timeline BS he has spouted over the years. Zero credibility. But I understand why. Again, follow the money.

I’ve voted accordingly for the upcoming AGM.

KM has pretty much zero skin in the game at this point.

Holds 200,000 shares from way back and has taken a mountain of money to attend four zoom meetings a year.

A real leader would have removed / replaced him by KC needs his protection and enjoys the pay rises that KM provides as one of two directors that decide salaries.

Hopefully he is up for re-election this year, and that major holders with an actual spine vote him out.

I know how my vote will be cast.

The annual report tells me that Cadence Minerals sold just shy of 6 million shares, of which our illustrious director Kiran Morzaria is CEO.

Hardly a vote of confidence seeing a major holder, of which our Director is CEO, sell off half their stack IMO.

Keith has also done such a great job that he had his best year ever for renumeration and also enjoys a pay rise from $478,322 to $595,300 .. plus super. Plus bonuses

I find it very concerning that we have a CEO who appears this comfortable giving the middle finger to shareholders who take the time to reach out.

As a long term holder I’ve spoken with Tom at multiple AGM’s over the years now and he has a very good reputation in Perth as a successful businessman. Not to mention his efforts to regularly help out those less fortunate.

His measured and polite reply to your rudeness says it all really.

FWIW I was the only other person attending the AGM in Dec (with Tom) and can confirm that we discussed with Keith being able to speak with him via a phone call at a later date. So it doesn’t surprise me that has occurred.

Tom could probably post the entire call and you’d probably just call it a deep fake anyway.

We are all frustrated but perhaps direct your excess energy at gaining an understanding of the ‘why’ things are moving slower than we’d like, as opposed to attacking someone on a forum with your toxicity.

KC won’t be buying any on market at this point in time IMO and any lapsed performance shares will simply be reissued with a fresh expiry date.

The boss hasn’t purchased any EMH shares in many, many years and actually parted with a fair chunk of his existing holding as part settlement in the divorce.

When it comes to having ‘skin I the game’ when comparing to the salary he’s pulled in over the years it’s not a great look from my POV.

Yes he has a few million shares but how much did he pay for them back in 2015/16?

Would be reassuring to see him put his hand in the pocket and buy some on market and send a message of management confidence, but not holding my breath on that front.

Q4 is only a week away and expectations need to be met.

The lock cycle ‘test work’ was due to be completed by the end of this month, but IMO wouldn’t expect the results being published immediately, maybe end of next month if not later.

In Singapore looking for new investors because there isn’t anyone left in Australia, England or the US that wants to invest into EMH.

The ASX volume down here has almost completely dried up. There is barely a handful of tiny trades on any given day at the moment and it’s been that way for awhile.

So much for an increased news flow this year eh?

NDA in play or not - Keith could easily reply to us investors with a ‘everything is ok we will update you all in due course’ style template.

He’s had this feedback about project updates directly at previous AGM’s so not expecting him to change his style.

At this point IMO, it’s either strap in for the ride or get out and use the profits to invest in companies that have better comms from management.

Can’t wait to see how much of a pay increase is included on the next set of voter resolutions.

Someone(s) short position had been browning quite steadily for months now. Coincides almost exactly at the same time that Ellerston camp onboard.

Currently 530,000 short and increasing.

We all know what stops shorts.

We need to remember that the historical mining at Cinovec will mean that the tin recovery will be very low for the first few years, so realistically won’t be getting much tin out of the deposit to sell before 2026!

The updated prices will be done conservatively and KC said as much at today’s AGM. Prudent.
