Watching 2 I'm not so sure that this is the shorters. I don't think they'd have the volume of stock for the fairly high level of disposals we've seen recently. I suspect this is more of a large holding being run down and could possibly be a continuation of Schroder as we saw in the recent RNS. Either way the shorters are continuing to capitalise. Almost as if they have some info we don't! Just my opinion.

Presumably the JG RNS was as a result of the investor crossing the 8% threshold. I thought notifiable crossings had to be reported by the shareholder no later than 2 trading days which would have put this pre AGM. Clearly EVR reported this correctly. Perhaps someone with more experience can confirm or correct me. Sorry, mean this as a genuine question rather than stirring the pot.

Does anybody know the date for the companies AGM ?
I thought it had to be held within 6 months of year financial year end!
