As usual on the same page. I’m thinking of buying OCDO, keeping an eye them over Christmas. Low volumes may bring the SP down. As OCDO are down today and SYNT are up. So moving in the right direction. We both know how quickly that can change.

My coffers are empty, just switching between same old suspects. That was my purchass at 4.28, 3121 shares.

Howdey…..haven’t quite lost faith with SYNT, just bought a few more. I sold twice on Friday, once by mistake I forgot I had a limit order.Fortune favours the forgetful some times. I have managed to buy back cheaper. I hope nobody else joins the short positions. It might get a bit messy. Let me know if any body else stick their head over the parapet

JW…..Meant OCDO, I ve had a look at the charts and the TU dates. I might have a go at OCDO between Christmas and new year when volume’s are low.

With SP doing what they do, somebody is right at some point. My position has not changed I intend to hold for 6 month ish. SYNT will creep up to 180-90, this side of Christmas. Who Knows. I bought 3 times on Thursday afternoon, sold one lot off last thing on Friday. It’s looking as thoughI will sell again this afternoon. Will sell PFC when SP hits 11p. I also have ACDO on my watch list

JW….the day started well sold WIZZ, bought JDW. Bought some PFC on Monday, sold for a SMALL profit today. Where are you with WOOD. Back to SYNT my last 2 Sell have been in the mid 170s and my last 3 buys have been 160s average. So not too bad!

Just noticed your post, I have been in Hamburg for a few days. I don’t post that much. The only other site I have posted on recently is JDW, which intrigued me. Value share or value trap? The only thing you can do is visit your local and let me know what you think?

Recent trades over the last few days bought WIZZ, sold WIZZ, bought JDW, sold SYNT. My margins are getting smaller, I don’t know if it is market conditions or a reflection on me. Looking to buy back SYNT. You know what they say about best laid plans.

I hand Pets years ago. I think they overstated profits. It’s Pets turn for a kicking again. What goes around…………. If I get a pet I will call it boomerang. Have another look first week of January.

I generally really on SP fluctuations! The only thing I can add it is paying its div tomorrow. The SP can move up 3%. Over the next few days. I might by a few today and sell a few next week. I have been building a stake for the last month so.

JW… Through away remark really. The market cap being under 300 million. I can see that the sells are out matching the buys by over 4 to 1. Although some one like Apollo private equity. Must have a look at SYNT, they have quite track record of extracting value. I should be trading them a bit more. The problem I got a lot at the moment I have to many. Hi Ho silver. Good for you Blobby, having a good time in Manchester. And outer London. I was in JDW in Exeter back in June that also was packed, big venue as well. We have a TU in January. I don’t know Wether-spoons will tick up. Or it jump on the Q results. I almost bought some more today but didn’t I went for SYNT as there is a bit of volatility in their SP.

I agree with the last few blogs. I’m a new fan of JDW. I used to have breakfast there a few years ago. We only used to have breakfast afterwards. I can remember paying about £3.50. I think it is going to grade market share. The state of the high street is such. That there is only going to be a few winners. I have mentioned GREG putting 10p on sausage roll. CARD putting 10p on the price of a card. I think JDW is a winner. Has any body else have the JWD experience?

Blue boy…….. you have answered a question. I was going to ask a few members to visit their local. I was in JDW in Chichester had a glass of red and a steak, both were quite palatable. The only thing is wild horses would not be able to drag my mrs in. How often are you in JDW?

If you look in crystal ball does it tell you when the bounce is

It’s a tough market for me at the t moment. Getting a few trades in. The only thing I can add. If JWD raises the price of a happy meal by a 100p.CARD puts 10p on the price of a card. SHOE puts a 50p on every shoe. GREG puts 10p on every sausage roll. BME raise their prices by 10% on the s£it’d that they sell. I think CARD have all ready put prices up. They should be able to fair better than most. BME always does well at Christmas.
