Last night I dreamt that the U.K. was at war, the likelihood was that we would all be killed , it was awful, I kept waking up and then drifted back into the nightmare, it was horrific. I tried to stay awake but as soon as I went back to sleep, I was back there again , facing death. I am obviously affected by all the news reports but it brought the reality home to me.

I now see Ukraine as the first line of defence for Europe, we should do all we can to help them for our own sake..
