On Babis's past history it could well be advantageous for Brussels, who will be providing massive funding into 'green energy' for Europe, to encourage EMH's external scrutiny and transparency to how their funds are spent.

Would it not have been appropriate to have heard some word by now from our CEO with reference to supporting or reassuring his loyal shareholders, or is there some legal process preventing him from doing so?
He surely must be aware by now of the consensus of opinion that has been emanating from this BB.

Whilst I recognize your 'stick' analogy, that would also hurt Ganfeng. Carrot?... I'm certain that the incentive for Mr Secker, which an earlier poster alluded to, and that I couldn't retrieve either, could be much more motivational.

Bacanora boasts today on it's website an NPV of US$ 1.25bn for Sonora with IRR of 26.1%

This doesn't include ZNWD investment of 44.3% and 2% net profit royalty.

I started buying Bacanora shares in July 2014 at 89.67p through May 2015 at 88.93p, through July 2018 at 67p and, thankfully, some in August 2019 at 35.99p.

All that time I believed Peter Secker's webcasts, RNS's, blogs, and Website declarations of how fantastic this company was going to be. I have been loyal to this company for 7 years not selling a single share.

Peter Secker now recommends that I accept 67.5p for my shares. No future dividends, no building of my investment to the NPV value, and to hand over all future profit and asset ownership to a Chinese company.

This is a very sad situation.

I think you can guess which way I shall be voting.
