...could it be possible that they have some pre-orders on the books,dependant upon HUAs for example,and are unable to disclose such until said approvals are cleared ?

Hoping this is the start of a sustained rise over the coming weeks.Oversold,undervalued and under-estimated.EU HUA must be very close at this stage,and any manufacturing agreements, orders or a little nudge from the DHSC and we are +30-40% in a blink.

The great thing about overhangs is that they tend to be temporary ( as with my expanding waistline,.i hope! )

Thanks for responding TripodMan.Yeah,the court hearing,early November.I may be wrong but don't think any conclusion,and hopefully payout,would transpire for a few months yet.A positive outcome will obviously heavily bolster the cash position,just fear there will be a fundraise in the near term.This SP can spike and fall in quick succession so just a word of caution.I may be completely wrong of course,.on the fence atm.
