I may be wrong but the way i inderstand it..the only 'lock in' shares are those that WeShop customers gain when they purchase at participating retailers, as part of the WeShop customer share-pay-back scheme .

Now that WeShop is a listed company we can buy and sell WeCap as and when we please 🤔🤷
