WeCap also has an indirect interest through a 23.5% shareholding in Community Social Investments Limited (CSIL), an entity whose sole asset is WeShop shares.

If CSIL distributes its WeShop shares, WeCap would receive an additional 489,583 consolidated shares, bringing its total potential holding to approximately 12.01% of WeShop's issued share capital.
