If it's a no,then not the end of the world,spread the repayments out whilst we sell millions of home use tests.
If it's a yes,the DHSC have increased our assets by £14.5m and we're laughing all the way to a much higher mcap.

@Stas20. I doubt the £2.5m will have to be repaid.IF it does,eventually,it will certainly not be in 1 foul lump sum,annihilating the company's cash reserves in the process.

Have to agree with most of that.Don't believe the company is at risk though,we still have a top-class LFT with approvals (yes,where are they?) to come,and an agreement with a top-class distributor in DAM. I questioned the need for the RNS myself earlier today,cannonly out it down to thoughtlessness or a panic that the news may leak elsewhere.A placing would be a temporary pain.ABDX placed last week and now everyone is recommending them as a strong buy,myself included.It's hard to see the longer game after all these set-backs but i believe there's still a strong future here..may come quicker than most think.

Hi Max.Even if we do end up having to pay back the money (which i still think we won't) ,it will not be all at once,but rather in staged payments.Can't see it happening at all though.Down 25-30% after the recent clobbering we already received..really ?Someone's havin a laugh.See Computer the spiv is back in today,bashing again for all he is worth after relative silence from 21-35p.

We won't have to pay this,surely.On what planet would that be even remotely reasonable ? I'm expecting an RNS in coming days relaying a DHSC climb-down.

We still have CTDA and EU HUA to come..and we still have DAM.I think this will recover in next week or 2,before ABDX really takes off after 2nd placing shares have been admitted.

Just when we thought things couldn't get any worse ! I hope this will be resolved "swiftly" as Colin says.Of course any dispute over payments is a drain on confidence,but this from the RNS.."Omega...will respond in writing as requested " makes me think DHSC have requested,not demanded the money be returned.Hopefully someone in DHSC has made an admin error,or an oversight on the wording of the contract.Did this even need to be RNS'd before ODX had received a reply to their 'response in writing' ? Hopefully we'll be in a clearer position on this by next friday..away to headbutt a few walls..whilst wearing protective headgear of course.Some day..some day...

@pumpky.Similar position to myself. Have nearly 1500 entitlement shares.Missed the primary bid offer and i will apply for excess tho not expecting there will be many left up for grabs.Suppose it's a matter of waiting to see if we can get some more at a lower SP whilst taking the risk on missing out on any rise before Christmas.This is so undervalued i feel like piling in now and forgoing any potential lower top-ups,that conversely may never happen.This should easily double at least in near-term,should be a great start to '22.GL.

Existing shareholders only allotted 1 share for every 24 though,and the majority of placing shares won't be admitted for trading until the 21st.Certainly,gotta be in it to win it,.chances of a pullback below 25p prob fairly slim with this one.Fingers at the ready....
