I agree, performance bonus 2p, 3p? WTF, that sounds outrageous to me. How about he gets to keep his job first and foremost if he starts to get results and pull us out of the dive. Once we get back to and beyond where we were OK maybe then talk bonus, but now, taking the p-ss in my opinion.
