Can't believe the lack of share price response to Monday's news. I thought it was a game changer that would see probably see 50% uplift, by the end of the week. Share price is forward looking and we've derisked and identified very significant value. I'm confused...what's not to like, here? Compelling risk to imminent reward scenario?

Frustrating share price action. Feels like there's a large seller suppressing any upwardly momentum or maybe just nothing on the horizon to ignite interest so people unwilling to hang around

Absolutely correct (and obvious) decision not to increase trin offer. As the release reminds us there's significant share price impacting news, If the new wells come online as anticipated we should enjoy shareprice increase and, as a corollary an increase in offer for trin. I think more pertinent is point then is whether we should then let our original offer lapse....before making e

a less a generous offer! Trin directors did it to us, our directors should look after directors their shareholders and do the same!

That's a reasonable expectation. However, hard to predict share price reaction - who'd have thought we'd lose 25% from making a move for trin! I think we're way undrr-valued compared to near time potential so if people start believing who knows!

With the positive update last week, I'm feeling bullish about txp. Personally, on balance, I don't want this TO of trin. It might have been good but it's an unnecessary distraction now. We were at 41p and, with the update last week, we might have kicked on significantly. Instead we're dominated by noise and distraction, overshadowing the good vibes.

Positive of low share price is that out directors won't (hopefully!) Be tempted to increase their offer now!

I think the 47p value of txp offer is misleading. The share price of txp and trin adjusted after offer made to reflect dilution and market view of the joint enterprise. It was 61p at the time the offer was made (and lol offer is exactly 10% extra on that fig)

If you think trin is a basket case, 68p is better option for you

If you believe in trin assets and what exposure to its potential (along with txp assets and any synergies you might believe between them), then txp offer might seem more attractive

If you're a trader and don't really care, then, obviously, 68p!

Ps. I'm a txp holder. I do believe there could be good business reasons and potential to txp/trin entity. However, I'm bit annoyed txp would be paying for the deal with their shares when they are at their lowest ebb. So, I'm indifferent on whether deal goes through!

Simple solution: positive operational progress + directors put hand in their pockets, show confidence in txp, and buy chunky amounts. Share price rises; lol offer becomes unattractive and we can go back to the day job

9 companies is what gil was briefing back in March. Ps. I thought there was also a conspicuously muted mention of hammerhead extending into orinduik. Given our market cap, unitisation would sufficiently underpin our valuation so surprised it wasn't given more prominence

There were 9 companies interested in bidding. Yesterday on the investor call, our leader referred to a few interested parties. So, we can assume most of the 9 have now walked away

A few more of these days and LOL will have to increase their offer for trin to stay in the running!

We wouldn’t have been able to do this deal for 1% stake if sp wasn't a lowly 11p! Every cloud silver lining etc!

Some of the interested parties are allegedly those that previously walked away. Very interesting, if genuine interest and not holman's bluster

I noticed there were no trades early today but volume was 5.8m and then seemed to go up in 200k increments upto 7m, still without any trades (thats accodding to my iPhone and yahoo). Never seen that before?

I was alluding to possible stakebuilding ahead of anticipated newsflow. Let's see if there is a holding RNS in coming days

I can't believe lack of enthusiasm here- I've identified this as the most exciting company to be involved with! I get frustration with delays but huge potential, surely!

If I recall volume for yesterday showed c700k and this morning showed it as 3m. Also noticed a.spike yesterday am to 12.5p on minimal volume. Odd?
