I'd be inclined to agree Nigerian assets are worth several times current share price. However, what worries me is that ostensibly good news (nipco loan and ak increasing stake) causes share price to fall. Who's selling below 7p when nipco happy for loan conversion at 8p? Difficult to reconcile

From Friday there's a possibility that nipco might, theough possible loan conversion, increase their stake. Now Ak increasing his stake. I reckon nipco and Ak know there's value over and above what the share price implies. Good news. However, the danger/my concern is that AK and nipco will work together stitch up the small holders. Between them they own majority of the company. Need governance to protect us

With Chad settlement due anytime and shareprice at 7p, must be a compelling risk/reward. Nipco and others are in at 7p so must be a solid backstop....

Look at Eco. 7p a month a go, now 30p. You'd have to feel sorry for poor lth who threw in the towel just ahead of the big move. If you've waited 5 years, wait a little longer to see how it plays out - progress has been painfully slow but the asset has been proved up. You come across as a good, honest man, i wish you the best

Sadly, this is the only plausible explanation for the lack of price action. Even a hint that something could accrue to us from hh would have warranted a strong price reaction. I dearly wish to be proved wrong.

We are 3-4 months from licence expiry, gh must know nerves are being frayed, so he needs to make an announcement of there is anything to say!

Lack of share price response means the market thinks we'll lose the licence without achieving anything. Surely that can't be true and there must be some feverish activity from gh and co to get orinduik monetised😥

If you can buy at 13.7 then surely the share price is weaker than if yiu could sell at that price. So, if anything this is bad news for lth!

My disappointment was the raise at 20% discount . If acquisition its accretive and paradox is a blockbuster, why do we need to sell shares at a discount?
