Have I got this right? The P/E shown on LSE and other sites based upon last official report.......so as revenue in the trading update is up 20%, and margin also good then P/E is probably more like 13 rather than 19?

so I am hoping that people will start to appreciate this share. I have been invested for several years but the recent share decline has baffled me as the news is all positive!

last time results/trading update was pending there was a distinct downwards trend in the run up to no news......is it happening again down 4% today? suspect this is a leaky share!

My target is£6 for 2016 then pushing back to £8 in 2017. PTEC were getting a bargain at £4......however we can see the lead people in company want to sell from their enthusiasm for the PTEC bid and may be courting another partner. The issue is that being Israeli based may cause issues for the big UK players. GLA for 2016

I like the story but fully committed at the moment on an oily share........would like to see AIM management or SFO look into this as it is illegal but know the amounts in this case are too low.......

so perhaps someone has been illegal? looks like a share placing and dilution based upon the RNS and someone got wind of it in The City. PI's lose out as usual......

someone knows about the pending results and is trading the share down no other reason for the drift downwards. Think I will hold on for now......

...for the interesting article. gives a bit more colour to the results. The trading volumes on this share are so low. Seems to be under the radar for most PI's

Hopefully will push share price back up to £6 where it should be........

Jumped in to buy some more as sudden drop looks like an opportunity. But worried I may be too early in the issue lifecycle......

Good to see steady progress back upwards....I am a long term holder and need to see another 9% uplift to get back even.....hopefully some good news so on locensing deal(s)

Seem to be trying to avoid being subject to formal takeover regulations and plan to then liquidate the company and return "available cash". I assume that is why today's price is hovering around 25% below expected cash return price.....no dates given either. The approach will put doubt in the minds of PI's.......

Assume today's drop is this going ex dividend......

Struggling to understand why EAS is declining......admittedly it has the word "energy" in the name but it is a very solid company with growing recurring revenues....no divi yet but probably will come if they do not make more acquisitions. Anyone have any thoughts ?

Not bad that issue in the past. FYI I have bailed out of TIDE AS no progress so miffed by today's move!
