I agree this is a good update - unfortunately the market does not agree. There seems to be a large cost for business development with perhaps limited results from this investment? The one major UK EV OEM is a great deal seemingly but they need to get more EV OEM onboard......

How quickly do you think todays announced JV will start to positively impact sales? Would be good for DVRG to issue an updated forecast / outlook!

@DeepVerge and @Modern_WaterOperational expectation is September. #DVRG previously said in an RNS that the @Modern_Water£3.6m order book in Q1 would have doubled production capacity in China this year, before today's announcement.

I sold this share some months ago having made over 100%.......it has since gone down but still has a PE over 45 (which is high for most companies but not if growth will be very high) and 2 recent low points have been around 80p

Their technology seems excellent with very innovative and interesting developments in a number of areas..........so I am tempted to jump back in.........

Need to read the latest results RNS's to see whether their historical markets are declining though

£6M raise at circa 8% discount - not what I wanted BUT they say it is for investment into the product development and given the results show £1.17M in cash at year end and very strong free cash generation this seems plausible. BUT it seems a lot of money for the development work so I wonder what they are planning?

Results generally seem strong (especially free cashflow).

anyone else having issues with $LOAC holding on IG Sharedealing? I have a "call us to close" message and so far online help have not been able to assist....I assumed it would transfer over to $LBPS automatically as any other merger does

seem to be excellent results.......outlook positive as well

not good that production keeps slipping back impacting volumes for this year BUT this mornings sell off has given me an opportunity to buy some more as production will happen and then this will look very cheap at a PE probably less than 5.......

you may be right - declining very slowly and who knows where the bottom actually will be

I am still waiting for the price to drop below 0.2p then I may buy........my thinking is that there are 0.1p placing shares churning at the moment.....

I should say I never get this sort of timing right!

thanks for the debate - still on the sidelines - will buy in at some stage soon but likely to go with several small chunks to minimise risk as I cannot see this jumping up in short term.......

hopefully middle long term it will go up a lot though

So I am trying to time my entry into MSYS - I held Modern Water and Itegumen until Gerald Brandon merged them and changed the name - it has been a great investment for me.
I suspect he will do the same for MSYS
I also suspect that the MSYS Spectrometers on a chip will be very useful for the Modern Water part of Deepverge analysing sewage and water so there is a lot of potential symmetry........
May well invest half later today and then see when to invest further as the latest fund raise was at 0.1p so lower than current price......

SO given the results I would assume fast track approval will be sought in UK and perhaps US

Production will be ramped up to be available for approval in (perhaps) March?
