Great to see new Exec Chairman based in London took one of the projects to $500m or $1b and links to large investors in UK and US like Bill Gates/ Bezos Kobald resources
Bill running technical operations boots on the ground!!
5 bagger minimum is my guess by 2023
see ASX reports Fenix
try $30m profit last March 2022 quarter (that's $120m pa) for a 1-1.25mtpa mine!
resource of only 10mt (UFO resource is already a lot larger than this, check out the strike lengths not yet included into the resource) we need someone to do some calcs eg 1mt per km (there is over 6km of known strike so UFO deposit could be 50% + larger than the current (now old) resource of 10mt
fen nix $150m market cap
cash $100m
profitable
Fennix resource 10mt = UFO starting resource (same model similar resource but UFO can expand + tonnnes)
Add Hac0ck resource expansion 10-20km still to be drilled!
add Brockman resource (65% Fe - premium iron ore)
add Vivash gorge - resource possible as it sits right next door to FMG's Vivash SW deposit
= large tonnage resource = large market cap (eg 1mt resource = $5/t x 1m = $5m)
great acquisition! for £56k up front they've potentially got another Hanc*ck project! see tenement location right next to FMG which has hit 70m @ 60% Fe (dig it and ship it no processing!!) People don't get it that WA produces high grade iron ore no processing or beneficiation unlike other projects in Europe or Africa. you get say US $120/t, truck it to port for a cost of say $60/t so you make $40-60/t producing say 1mtpa = $40-60m!!! Brockman + Vivash potentially a second co maker and closer to the Port/ coast
plenty happening guys - patience required - results to come and great projects
Hanc-ck Fe - will become a high grade iron ore mine value $$$ (see bewolf worth over £50m and low grade by comparison) UFO project is lowest Capex in the market for Fe companies
other projects - just need one to come off Donavon2 Cu ?? who knows that's blue sky if it does happy days (See Tech project for size sold for $150-200m or so)
In addition we have a silver mine! With highest silver grade seen in years (see the photos coming out you don't see many mine shafts going into an exploration project - CPM US investment house predicts silver to go up substantially in 2024
PLUS sitting on 2m oz Palladium, PGM!! Munni Munni located in Tier 1 friendly jurisdiction of W. Australia
this is a company maker - you will see world split in two the West/Russia-china axis
the world needs MM to go into production - alien will trade at a premium as a WESTERN source of palladium and critical metals
PLUS Nickel ??? lets wait and see if there is nickel which we expect then this is a game changer !
Recall Capstone a $500m copper co came in and spent money but didnt drill the main hole! The copper well. Gents we all remember GGP, no one believed it until the results came in and then took market another 12 months to re-rate it from 2p to over 20p
This is exploration !! If you don’t like making 10 x your money buy Rio Tinto !
WHI valuation below on UFO - this analyst is top mining analyst in UK and has done his home work
WHI view: Alien is at a pivotal position, with numerous avenues to success; any one of its projects could be a company maker. We see fair value in Alien Metals at 2.7p/share, based on a SOTP valuation using a DCF for Han****, together with peer comparisons for its other p
It’s bonanza anyone reporting kilograms of silver or any precious metals has got to be happy
Recall
First holes were nearly 10kg or more silver
Second holes now around 4kg or more
Average grade will be in the order of kg
Usual mines are around 200grams silver per tonne!!
EH is a high grade if not the highest grade silver mine in Aus

Alien Metals (UFO) – Corporate – Further high grade silver at Elizabeth Hill
Market Cap £39m Share Price 0.8p
Alien today announces the final results from its inaugural drilling campaign from the Elizabeth Hill area in Australia. It reports a highlight of 8m grading 4,233g/t silver (0.4%) from 66m and a new zone with a 2m grading 1,550g/t silver 400m South of the Elizabeth Hill mine which is a possible repeat structure along the Munni Munni Fault. Alien also tested areas where it expected base metal enrichment and once again came back with elevated levels of base metals, e.g 24m grading 0.2% copper, 0.2% nickel and 150g/t cobalt; and another intercept of 8m of lead and zinc grading 0.8% lead and 0.1% zinc.
To understand better the controls of mineralisation and to trace the potential for high-grade repeats of the Elizabeth Hill silver mineralisation, Alien will drill further later this year.
WHI View: The Elizabeth Hill area and envelope of base metal rich zones is enigmatic and the controls on mineralisation in and around the Munni Munni fault wait to be unravelled; however, the grades and consistency of intercepts deserve to be followed up. We anticipate there is still a silver resource at Elizabeth Hill and Alien is slowly showing the extent of the base metal mineralisation and, what with the Munni Munni PGE mineralisation immediately to the south, this set of licences has much to offer Alien.
Alien is entering a period of expected positive newsflow. We have high hopes for the drilling in Mexico, from both the silver-lead veins and from Donovan 2, and await with interest further resource upgrades and economic studies from the Han**** iron ore project in Australia – which we believe could be a company-maker for Alien and provide steady cash flow to aid its wider exploration and development ambitions.

certianly right - we now have $5b worth of resources in the ground
some valuers use rule of thumb development project worth 2% of metal value so say $100m vs market cap $50m or so
The other thing to note is Eliz Hill has a high grade PURE native silver core - we know this as nuggets as big as 140kg extracted. These sell at x times silver price
ontop of that UFO has found 10,000g/t (super high grade in the oxide)
now this doesnt look like the native silver as its been weathered
this is at or near surface with previous owner Legend didnt bother with - why would you when your pulling out pure silver from 0 to 82m level via the shaft!
on top of that they didnt bother assaying Nickle and copper!! we got that too
Even at 0.1-0.3% Ni or Cu grades this adds substantial £££
nickel was not even $5-7000t in the 1990's now trading $30,000/t + or more (nickel market broken down, and other metals will follow as there is a shortage of metal in LME wharehouse)
this company has ALL the COMMODITY exposure you need in INFLATIONARY times
Fe, Silver (hedge against inflation), Pd Pt Ni
board and management owenrship around 10%
bill's holding is less but with around 45m incentive options at 1p they are worth £450k!! thats not too bad
at 2p double that happy days and good luck to them! shareholders would be happy
Think bill was saying his stake but still its around 1% of current shares on issue
Patience my dear watson as Sherlock Holmes once said!
WHI Ireland note today
Alien Metals (UFO) – Corporate – Alien commences drilling at its Mexican projects
Market Cap £41.6m Share Price 0.88p
Alien Metals (AIM:UFO) announced today that it has commenced drilling at its San Celso project in Zacatecas State, Mexico. Alien has three projects in Zacatecas State, two brownfield epithermal silver deposits (San Celso and Los Campos), and the Donovan 2 greenfield VMS target.
Having received permitting and secured a diamond drill rig, Alien finally has the chance to drill test targets at its San Celso and Los Campos Epithermal Silver projects. Both of these projects have been mined historically for high-grade silver, and projections of well-defined structures offer compelling targets. The drill rig will subsequently move to the Donovan 2, copper base metals VMS target, where sampling from inside an old water well returned over 3.34% copper while geophysical surveys have defined compelling targets. Donovan 2 is in similar geology and 20km west of San Nicolas, Mexico’s largest VMS deposit; it is unlikely that San Nicolas formed in isolation.
WHI View: Following a two-year Covid related hiatus on its Mexico projects, this is fantastic news for Alien in our view. Alien is also advancing DSO iron-ore projects in the Pilbara, and has recently consolidated concessions around the Munni Munni ultramafic complex with the recent 100% acquisition of the Munni Munni Joint Venture including a historical 2004 JORC compliant PGE resource of 2.1Moz PGE as well as the Elizabeth Hill mine, in Western Australia. As exploration advances across Alien’s Portfolio we anticipate a steady flow of positive news this year.
Biggest mining boom Aus has ever seen - shortages of everything but alien well placed in pibara with a good team in country access to rigs
What this means is supply of key metals wont keep up with demand
Pd, silver, Fe all going up!!!
Don’t forget nickel (plenty of that at Munni Munni was never looked as wasn’t worth much 20 years ago $7-10k now $35-50,000/t) Chalice in WA is a great example $4b with PGMs and nickel
100% agree expect re-rating
Very few palladium or silver plays on AIM
Those who did well out of EUA Eurasia will be looking at this recall this stock did nothing for 12 months and then became a multi bagger
Lots happening silver results soon and also iron ore powering ahead - hard to find a DSO iron ore developer unless you buy Rio or BHP
watch this space - Also munni munni complex similar geology to Chalice's project in West Aus (Eliz hill silver is part of the complex)
PGM - nickel - copper
sound familiar except Chalice grade is 0.9g/t PGM vs UFO 3g/t PGM
Chalice market cap $2.7billion
https://www2.asx.com.au/markets/company/chn
DYOR on palladium co Allien looking cheap
major metals commodities supply squeeze
nickel first
palladium now over $3,000/oz (thats up nearly $1000 in 2022)
iron ore demand to continue to be high
Silver now $26/oz
All very positive for UFO
intersting Future Metals (FME) with an Aus Palladium project up the road from Alien up 50% this year
