Hopefully this is the last ditch treeshake of the Short sellers before they close out their positions. I can't see any other reason for this not to follow NXT ASOS and others

ASOS currently have 1390 Boohoo items for sale on its web site. Let's just hope people prefer the Boohoo site

Good point thechancers. When I started investing in Boo just after the IPO and was asking people with youngsters about Boohoo no one had heard of them, only ASOS. Now those same people definately know the name and comment on the frequency of the deliveries, a small snapshot. It would be nice to hear from someone from the postal/delivery system, Boohoo packaging is clearly marked, from what I've seen.

True Guruofnothing PE is important but not everything by a long way. As to what I'd like/expect to see is what I've said, the Directors have the ability to support the sp. Well run cash rich companies should not be the pray of shorters.

While I'm on my high horse, these latest shorters, at this share price are either brave, stupid or have some information that the rest of us don't. Anyone's guess now, I'm sure the most confident holders amongst us must be feeling nervous, I definately am, at the moment it's profit I'm loosing and that's bad enough.

It's more than time that the Directors stood up to these short sellers, their a cash rich company and privately ponsing around as billionaires, so far with the company figures they have done well but with their share sales and holding back a third of PLT they have undermined the share price. We're loosing thousands or tens of thousands but their loosing millions so why sit back when they the financial ability to step in?

Your the No1 player in a business, but your seeing upstarts eroding your market share. So what to do? How about a shock profit warning, taking all by surprise because everyone thought the hightstreets loss was the onlines gain, knowing full well all the sectors share prices will take a beating, leaving an opportunity to step in and buy up one of those pesky upstarts and hence maintain your No1 position, within months your own share price has recovered and you've bought on the cheap. Ok I should stay out of the pub.

Let's hope the BOD have something good up there sleeves for Jan 15th ie buying up the remainder of PLT that was held back for the right price! and/or Director share buys all accompanied by a better than expected set of results or I have a strong feeling the sp will be hammered. We'll be brave long term share holders if we're still fully committed at close of play on Jan 14th.

Never mind just think how safe we will all be with Corbin, Watson, Abbot and don't forget Sadiq Kahn. All trying to get a trade deal with Donald Trumps government.

I'm sure we're going to hear the re-moaners and failing CEO's blaming Brexit for everything for some time to come but those of us that have been around to see downturns and recessions in the past have seen well run cash rich company's that cater for the lower end of their market thrive especially if they also have world markets not just European markets.

Well that's not nice for us that hold the shares on a Monday morning. Agreed, credit to the BOD. For the speedy RNS, but still down over 10% so without it would it have been 20 or 30% down. I just hate to see those shorters having a good Christmas.

Boohoo has been heavily criticised for selling a pyjama set with the slogan “Obsessive Christmas Disorder” written across the front, with many people stating that they find the reference to the mental health illness offensive.

That's true we are small pawns in a big game and as we are still in the game we must have some faith in the company if not the political situation we're all in.

Well presuming that the son will still be a major share holder in the Boohoo Group he will maintain his work ethic, let's not forget early share holders were promised all of PLT for a £5M payment, so how much is paid for the 33% that was held back will be watched with interest ( putting it lightly )

That's a disappointing end to the week. On this site it's double the shares bought than sold and still we're down 4% on the day. This needs a Director buy or better still the purchase of the remaining 33% of PLT speeding up. That might spoil the Christmas of the Short Traders.

Apologies. I was sat in yet another f**g traffic jam. I've been in Boo since almost the beginning and read all I can find on them, i don't tend to trade much I just buy at what I think is a low point and hold,so after nearly a full year and to be where we were in January is very disappointing for me as a long term holders. Still could be worse I also hold SDRY and what a mess that is.

Mr Lyttle has £50m riding on this going well past £3. Might be worth a few silly pi's hanging on in here, or at least being ready with some dry powder just in case. It's been a poor year for long term holders with this one but I'm not panic selling yet.
