yes i do but very hard to day trade AAZ sometimes the spread is big, looking at the householders specially CRST wow.
and AHT more than halved but VOD and SPT doing very well, the question is when we are go in long ?
and supermarkets are looking good value, my eyes are hurting looking at the screen all day.
USA showing dissent rise at the moment.i think i should reduce my watch-list numbers from eighty to a smaller number
but keeps me a way from the shops for now,lol

Premier Oil (UK, B43G057) will be removed from the FTSE 250 Index and added to the FTSE SmallCap Index.

Dow is very volatile as well Gerry, i held BVC for an a hour and bought and sold LGEN this afternoon .
my next trade would be AV. i missed SPT this morning , i was busy watching BATM you see.
there are so-many trading bargains out there but picking the right one in the right time ,it is not easy ,
small trades as i said before,good luck mate, did you managed to trade TUI today it is doing ok.

i think many more companies will be cancelling there dividends soon.

little trade at 142p but i wouldn't keep it overnight though,

just look around you it is not just AFC,and this is not market correction ,all markets are in selling mood,
and no one knows when it will stop, times like this jungle rules apply.

and i cannot find any reason way SPT is moving today ,i am now looking for companies with lots of money for long term investment and some of them are looking better every day ,but just watching for now and small trades now and again.

Hi Gerry , i have been cash only for a long time now even my income shares are sold.
Markets are very volatile just have look at NEX trading between £36 and £44 today.
I am trading with quarter of my funds i usually trade,actually i am scared lol,
this is more than a market correction , but couldn't resist BATM this morning.

I am sure they are aware of it, and the company is not AIM listed,

like yesterday with EMG, but then markets are very volatile and scary. i have traded FXPO for years no many free float shares on the markets, but its very volatile ,it was briefly in FTSE 100 at £6 in good times and it was 12p in bad times .
