"@ Vitautas, "So what. Greatland has no gold to sell."
Yeah, right! And BP has no oil to sell!"
You can already buy gold from GGP? How does that work? "Pick your own" like the strawberry farm in my vicinity? You bring your shovel and bucket and dig out what you want and pay per kg?
"What date is the Italy arbitration final outcome and FID final outcome date?"
From the latest presentation:
"The annulment hearing is due April 2024 with a decision anticipated within 12 months of that date"
I hope they can monetize that by the deal earlier, or RKH is running out of cash soon.
Did Harbour targeted a takeover of Wintershall since many years? That would explain why they dropped Sealion? Because Wintershall has projects in Argentina?
Maybe just conspiracy ideas, but interesting anyway.
Copied from the Harbour chat:
"We are now in bed with Wintershall Dea but who are they in bed with.
In Mexico we are partners with Pan American in the Hokchi field (37%). We are also partners with them in block 2.
We are also partners with them in Argentina on the huge Fenix field which starts production later this year…
BUENOS AIRES / KASSEL / HAMBURG. Wintershall Dea and its partners TotalEnergies (operator) and Pan American Energy have successfully completed the installation of the Fénix platform, around 60 kilometer off the coast of Tierra del Fuego, in 70 meter water depth.
“The successful installation of the production platform marks another significant milestone for the Fénix field development, which keeps the project on track for the planned first gas in Q4 2024”, says Manfred Boeckmann, Managing Director of Wintershall Dea Argentina. “Fénix represents a material pillar for the growing domestic gas production and will support Argentina to meet the increasing demand and to offset imports, by contributing significant natural gas volumes for more than 15 years to the country’s long-term energy supply”, Boeckmann adds."

Thanks for the hint. Interesting!
Hint: If someone likes to bet on ECT arbitrations, there might be also a possibility with Ascent Resources PLC (not the American Ascent, the UK company).
It seems that there are some real ECT experts on this bord, so I would like to ask:
Slovenia decided to ban stimulation of wells (fracking) in 2022, which would make the leases of Ascent nearly worthless. Is there a good chance for recovery of the lost money? Or is there only a good chance if the drilling is outright forbidden like with the leases of Ombrina Mare?
Talos seems to be a good company to merge. But they don't pay dividend, so maybe after the merger we will not receive any dividend. It might be a better strategy to reinvest the gains, but there are people like me who have a strategy to buy dividend stocks.
I don't see a reason to exercise the warrants now. In case something terrible happens (probability >0) and Rockhopper is in deep troubles, I only lose the warrants. If I exercise, I lose additionally 9 pence. I will exercise them next year.
You can buy the stock on Hargreaves Lansdown, you can even open an account as non-UK-citizen. But you can't send money there from abroad :-)
"Even then, The Moscow Post suggested that Petropavlovsk could be subject to an ordinary raider seizure."
This means say goodbye to your share in a gold mines
Interactive Brokers
So I did a research about buying Poly from outside UK. Thanks to the people here from the forum who gave information.
From all available brokers in the UK only Hargreaves Lansdown accept foreign customer AND buying Poly. The opening process is complicated but not worth it. The problem: You can only send money by check (haha, since medieval age nobody uses checks besides UK/USA) or with a debit card issued in the UK (hahaha). So buying the stock is not possible.
But there is one possibility: Open an account at FxPro which offer a CFDs on Poly. This is even more risky than the stock itself. If the stock is delisted you still own a share in the company and receive dividends. If you own a CFD you better sell it before delisting! Nobody knows if your CFD is still woth something.
Are you sure about Interactiv Brokers??
