TL do not have the finances, that's been the hold up, like the original Beaco plan, please give us $16 Billion and we will pay our share back from operational profits when in operation.
Now according to the demon duo, have multiple other countries waiting in the wings to fund the development, without killing their own SPW Fund, been warned by IMF others, further loans for other sectors hang on TL making contributions and not depleting the fund with oil and gas funds to do so. (rock/hard place)
Personally liked the Qatari Ministers comment, when linked, said , we will show the world what WE can do !
Not a dicky birds since, expect as usual all in the air, waiting on Australia, showcase Beaco/Sunrise can not happen without them, legal framework of the 2018 Timor Sea boundary settlement.
Then Sunrise 50/50 , OZ to get things moving ceeded 70/30 Darwin or 80/20 Beaco, both in favour of the Island, everything else 100% TL, so why are they all still stalled, all still wait on that hornets nest to be resolved.
Australia have also said going to support this time, so we wait GREEN LIGHT other options, or the eventual refinery route (2030'ish) if they fail to agree after the latest studies, OZ should hang its head in shame and do the decent thing, step aside for Mid East/China/other to get on with it (without the framework compensation entitlement) 🤔
