Discussion for a term loan of approximately $7 million with BGFI Bank Group ("BGFI") is ongoing and the Company is also actively discussing asset-level financing with several parties.

Tasi Mane is the name of the original overall project, the Oil refinery Bettano, purpose built offshore support port Suai both in the Comvalina area, our area of interest is the two Gas/LNG projects, Beaco multi string Gas/LNG EXPORTS facilities a bit further East on the corner, nearer Sunrise, the other split away from original Beaco plan the Gas/LNG Imports fac's at Metinaro on the North Coast , just East of capital Dili.

Metinaro FID was to be late 2023, so overdue, two Indonesian companies did the studies on/offshore last year, they completed around October and handed data over to Timor Gap, FEED then commenced, did hear a whisper that was completed last week and heading upstairs (Ministry of P&I )

So now expecting that FID announcement very soon, if it goes ahead, which it should, purpose to supply and hold 90 storage of all fuels including Gas/lng to give them domestic security with 3 being converted to gas power stations.

Sunrise etc years away , last tenders 2030 and sliding, Metinaro 2025/26, if it goes ahead, hoping Chuditch will be given the FPSO GREEN LIGHT and an offtake agreement.

What else do they have, that a new deep pocketed JV/SALE partner, could do MUCH quicker than Boil/SG and meet that requirement, said to save millions per annum on high cost and unreliable diesel switching to gas, why would they then go out an buy imported more expensive gas, than use their own.

Two types of wonga (not remotely ii or investor as many mislabelled in rna messages) clue is INVESTORS stick around not dump asap (investing but not investors) The first exit the lot, the second often having again made millions of safe easy profits on that anticipation rise, hold back 15-25% which if a duster will not make them bat an eyelid.

As previously disclosed, the Loan should cover around 40% of the approximate US$18 million cost of the well, with a further amount of 25% already having been paid for by TRCSA. The balance of 35% of the cost of the well is also to be funded by TRCSA. This balance may be funded by further financing at the asset level, or with corporate funds.

The Company is continuing to discuss additional financing options at the asset level, including with BGFI. The Company's current plan is to complete the Loan financing documentation, if possible, before seeking to conclude any further bank discussions.

There is a reason we are down here and it is sfa to do with the mm/market, try DYOR, rather than telling others who have to ffs p & d trading 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 imminent.
