No one ever has any real idea, what the ratio of buys to sells are, if your using the labels on a 3rd party site like this one, they are all 100% BEST GUESSES , never facts. All use the same basic Dimbo Algo, to rehash the real TRADE unlabelled prints on the real LSE (not this one) trying to be helpful with trends etc and failing miserably most days, most shares.🙄

IF in real engaged talks, it should never take that long, the suspension is to DO THE DEAL, the return to market bit only takes 3-5 weeks, it is basically the last two steps of an IPO when going RTO with a new prospectus submitted to FCA then request for return to trading.😉

Been in many ranging from suspension and back in 6 weeks , to two that never returned to market, another WRN returned in/out suspension at 3.25p , 3 sessions later £3.32p peak, overheated, Mr Market asked questions and it tumbled to 89p before being re suspended and gone.😲

Only if its a genuine RTO is it always suspension, pending deal done, then FCA/Market, lesser multi accretive add ons, can be conducted with a waiver from the market but have to have a firm completion date, once reached Mr Market may then suspend, pending a company progress update or cancellation of the deal. 😉

RTO - Taking over a company that is valued more than you are, which in this case is pretty much everything, with a low few hundred k MC. Unless they crack on and get some value into ICON, suspension is highly likely but not 100%, as said some of my previous shares is such situations, have been granted a comfort zone on application to the Market.😉

Riverfort Nick and co, taken under dark arts masters YA PN II (3rd or 4th name since 2000 to protect their innocent behaviour) the DS masters YA/RF is using ever decreasing prices for CLN's, which always = Death spiral confetti.

More recently RF have taken to going out on their own and implemented some very nice deals for themselves and the companies involved (not usually the case with the likes of YA). One with a Goldie involved both sharing PROFITS from the shares introduced, which resulted in a payback to that co, of over £2m

This appears very much a supportive in for the journey loan, vice the wonga bucket shops, in for the forward selling and pump and dump spikes and gone ASAP, Not remotely the behaviour of an II or INVESTOR, investing yes but never stick around long enough to support , just stifle the companies for their own agenda, with little to no care, what that company may or may not do in the future. 😲🙄

This loan gives MAST some long needed stability , to progress its portfolio and is in RF's own interest for MAST to be successful and progress, RF deals with both Kibo and Mast, now hinge on that progress, to both pay them back. 🤔

So Riverfort helping MAST in essence is helping themselves, the better MAST performs, Kibo can pay them back, when we get higher, Kibo can then pay off more than just the debt interest payments.

Riverfort underpins Mast for mutual benefits and a nice interest rate 😉😅

Circle is complete, Kibo's last two declarations have been share sales to pay down their own debt to Riverfort, last two for £20k and £23k to RF, plus lights on money.🙄
