10.20 I totally agree with you that the "fan base" and media hype has driven this share, and in my opinion has attracted investors that may have bought on the strength of a number of likes on somebodies twitter post rather than fundamentals. It was reported last year that the share had attracted interest in some of the most impoverished parts of the planet, and let's hope those that invested didn't suffer financial loss they could ill afford. Some will argue there is no place for sympathy in AIM or other markets, but it's easy to see how some could be caught up in hysteria.
It's refreshing to be part of a post that raises discussion rather than animosity or challenge. I will raise a G+T to that later tonight, whilst wishing all good luck in both shares!

To be honest I have been expecting this, or a similar question for some time now, and before we go further apologies if the quote regarding Hampshire constabulary offended.
In my line of buisiness I tend to listen, read, evaluate and then comment once I know the facts. It is plainly evident you know your stuff, and hence I have refrained from entering debat as A. I would look a c-'=k and B. You know your stuff.
It seems to me that some may view you as a threat to the indoctrinated share holders invested in 88. The truth is there seems to be a divide on not only 88 but other Bb's on LSE that support a distinctly diverse reader; those that are involved or employed in the financial industry, and those such as me that have no financial training and come from different backgrounds that have invested in shares. Google and search engines reveal numerous media that some find attractive, and sign up to in the belief that they might gain information that will aid them to make money. After all, isn't making money why we are here?
I digress slightly, but back to your point. It may be said that at times your posts can be somewhat abrasive, and I put it down to two scenarios;
Either you know (or think you know the answer),
Or you are goading people into making (or submitting) information that is incorrect or misleading. I seem to swinging in favour of the first scenario, and thank you for the knowledge I have gained over the last few weeks.
It is evident that 88 has gained "cultish" status over the last few years. The mere mention of "I.pending RNS" lights up twitter, reddit, ADVFN and countless others claiming a "10 bagger" or other such bull****. I have made money on it, so what. I still hold 88 as I do PANR, and tend to use such bb's as a "guide".
You have been accused of being a ramper, De-ramper, and other things, been subject to "hit the green button" filtered but not by me.... I keep reading and evaluating your posts. A few weeks ago I asked myself the question "what does Scott 126 know that I don't...." I can't quite answer that just yet, but I'm getting there (I think).
Now I'm sure this post will attract negative comment from some, but hopefully will also enlighten others. If some do choose to berate or belittle me on grammar or similar, you would be better using your energy on somebody that gives a f@#k.

I'm not in a position to answer your question as I simply do not know enough to comment. That does not mean to say that I haven't read and tried to digest your post, and tbh and imo it does have mileage.... as does 88E's transport requirements....

It seems the post has avoided animosity so far. Perhaps you have fueled food for thought, and the reality of a joint venture might not be that too far fetched for the outspoken to comment on or indeed dismis.

Shared surface resources would be beneficial to both.

I genuinely think they must be having the same thoughts and discussions between themselves. We know both companies have differing structure and divide, however the fact of a shared resource does lead me to believe some form of collaboration would make financial sense.

Well I'm still here and will continue to make my own decisions on my investment. It has been an interesting couple of weeks, and I thank you all for the informative posts and opinions you have provided.

Thanks Redirons, but it's no attempt to turn tables. I'm just a thick "workman" that has earned a few quid to invest in 88. I just want a straight yes or no, giving me the educated,advised by Scot information to approach Hampshire constabulary with a potential fraud case.

Thank you for your direct reply and sharing your thoughts earlier today. It's safe to say this particular thread has been interesting, to say the least. I think we can all agree that the 88 Energy PR team have worked tirelessly to deliver a strong message via A.G.'s dulcet vocabulary, all be it demonstrated by today's 10+% blue UK close. Spin? Maybe. Sentimental gain? Probably. The coming days will show.
I am the first to admit my knowledge of trading and related financial acumen falls way below yours, and other posters on this board, and yet again I state that I will only join debate when I feel knowledgeably capable of doing so. I have in my own career gained a HNC and chartership within the construction industry, far far different to fiscal study so stand corrected (rather than being attacked on this board by some for being a dullard that can't spell).
Over the recent weeks, and this post in particular I can't help but think that perhaps you feel that there could be some form of underhanded activity occurring within the 88e organisation? Again my question is not a challenge, gauntlet or indeed reason to debate, but I ask you this;
Do you feel that somewhere either here in the UK, Oz or Alaska there have or are continuing underhanded actions being carried out by the company that are in breach of the regulations set out by the various authorities that appertain to control and monitor the market?
Again, please do not take the question as being accusational or defamatory, it's just a feeling I get whilst reading your posts that I am more than happy to be corrected on. If the answer happens to be yes, and I sincerely hope I am wrong, do you not feel obliged to report it to said authorities and expose those culpable of criminal offence?
These are only my thoughts and opinions, and forgive me for asking however I think that if you feel 88e have embarked on such action, we as shareholders should know.
