Pharma licensing discussion(s)11 Mar 2026 13:54
There are multiple interested parties interested in NXP002 I say that with absolute certainity. Some of the big pharma are approaching this from different angles and have requested some more data to reinforce the current clinical information to hand. Precision cut lung studies done last year produced all the pre clinical evidence we needed to show NXP002 is workable:
"The PCLS lung tissue model has become the gold-standard disease model thanks to various close-to-patient benefits. We believe the dataset we have generated, in what we believe is one of the largest IPF patient tissue sample sets studied, gives us great confidence in NXP002. In what is a highly variable and heterogenous disease, to see such consistent activity across all donors towards pro-fibrotic mediators in both IPF and autoimmune ILD is impressive"
Also have a look at the placing it isnt in chunks of a few hundred k at a time like usual, this time they have gone straight for a million. This will be the last raise they need to do a raise pre deal and the future studies are not pre requisite to a deal conclusion. They simply are trying to make a good deal even better with additional clinical data, which is better in the long term for us shareholders.
I knew ODD was going to come from the FDA and I certainly know a deal with a licensing partner is going to come sooner rather then later, your either in for the re rate or out
