You dont take the "Senior Admin" (as you refer to her) all the way from Mongolia to IoM to accompany MB for something minor, we have video conference for those meetings :)

I also checked back on a number of Annual Reports and looked into support functions, the lady who used to liaise with MRPAM etc is gone or a consultant so possible that this lady now performs this role too

- Ensuring compliance with QCA guidelines (Corporate Governance)

- Administration of General meetings (notice of meetings, proxy forms, voting procedures at meeting, briefing materials, minutes)

- Administration of Board meetings (organization, notice of meetings, minutes) and supporting the Board in discharging its duties

- Ensuring collation and publication of annual and half-yearly accounts and compliance with various legislation

- Administration of the Group's Long Term

Equity Incentive Plan

- Shareholder/investor Relations

- Preparation and publication of corporate materials including maintenance of the Group's website

- General Office Administration

- Overseeing Procurement Functions

I read through her job description and found a number of reasons as why she was included in this meeting, all positive
