So now we have confirmation of a funding round which was a fair probability. Company should really have been anticipating this and done it earlier. Anyhow all water under the bridge now. I would expect an announcement on funding next week, so I'm seeing this is a buying opportunity.
The dilution most are expecting is likely but far from certain. The latest broker's note shows a reduced target price of 50p. You could read into that a potential 15% dilution. Imo this would be a Max figure and as an investor this level of dilution does not bother me. I am interested in the timing of the announcement on any equity placing. Will this be announced (if indeed it is) as part of the announcement on senior debt funding, or will it be announced at a later date. Does anyone have a view on this.
GK could not agree with you more. They are looking ahead which is what all good companies do. Reading this board lately it is difficult to understand the negativity. But I guess some have agendas that fit their needs.
Lots of discussion about the last RNS. The informed investors ( the seem to be less of these on here these days)will know that this was already agreed and announced as part of phase 1. But it was subject to sxx getting phase 2 finance in place. So in effect they have now invested before phase 2 finance announced. So what does that tell you?

Seems like allergy season 2018 has been quite high especially for grass and tree pollen.
The reason why hay fever has been so bad this year is because of the exceptionally high pollen count, caused by the cold weather which lasted into March.
This has meant the tree pollen season started later this season after the cold spring, which delayed germination.
When the germination started, we experienced a ‘bomb’ of pollen which has led to the intense levels of hay fever.
Last year AGY reported lower than average pollen, so maybe this year we will se a more favourable impact.
Andy,
Perhaps you can enlighten the board on how the risk has increased 10 fold. I would suggest that you may like to check your calculator.
I spent a good couple of hours yesterday reading the presentation and accompanying telco. As an investor I am still positive on the Sirius project and am holding for the long term. The project has been re-baselined which is normal at this stage. People are talking about more dilution, but I am not convinced it will be significant if at all.
As for the building risks; of course there are some but they can be managed.
Unfortunately as is the way these days; most don't invest and care little of the details of such a project. So we have to suffer the volatility for a short while. Some very blatant activity to get the SP to about 24 today. Each of us will have our strategy for managing this.
.
THERE will be announcement on torps probably in Q3 which should be positive for the price, After that I guess we wait until Q1 for the final financing statement, unless there is some announcement of the agreement in principle from potential lenders on senior debt. This is a major milestone as it may also carry stipulations on how the remainder of the funding is managed.
