Feels like the positive news flow has been switiched off since the Val201 results....does feel like an anti climax since then with the way the sp has dropped and not recovered as such. It really is just a waiting game though, hope Suzi can bring out some posiitve product news soon. The sp is just bobbing up and down in a range between around 23p to 28p approx it seems, however a bit of good news should see an instant big move back up imo

That's what i was thinking, even though you can buy below 0.51p but the wide spread does suggest the MMs are mainly looking for sellers imo. Expecting the sp to move back up over the coming days

Seems as if MMs dont want buyers with quite a wide spread.....this is a good price to buy in imo as all looks very positive going forward imo. Good RNS so just a waiting game

Each to their own but i look at the facts. Gold was very low at the time the gold mine was closed so limited pofitablity then. Alba has alot of experience in place with new tech which was not available previouly and they are driliing at several areas so my money is definitely on Alba striking it rich. Big profits are made when you buy before big news is revealed so i will be buying as and when i can whilst we await the results. Also Alba has their Greenland assets which are very promising.

A good RNS and things are moving ahead but seems the results of drilling may be a bit later than some thought hence the drop in the sp it would seem. That said it just means a great opportunity to top up and build up a bigger holding. Alba would not have put the investment in to the Clogau mine if they were not confident of success. They have a lot of knowledge and experience so all good imo. Also gold prices were much lower hence the closure of the mine back then. Gold is around 5 times higher than the previous price when the gold mine was closed as i understand. Also better tech and drilling techniques are now available. Also not to forget the Greenland assets which are looking very good. So a little longer to wait for some big results but that just means a great opportunity to top up before the fireworks really start.

Since Val201 results and subsequent drop, positive newsflow has been lacking hence the lacklustre sp performance....news is due on a few fronts but it is just a waiting game....hope Suzi can bring some renewed positives soon...some good news will wake the sp up instantly imo

Great detailed indepth interview which has just added to my confidence in the success of Alba on several fronts. I really bought in after hearing about the Clogau gold mine. That sounds great but then there is the greenland angle which sounds even better. The interview was about 1 year ago and so things have just got so much closer to success now. With this in mind, the sp is at such a low level. Expecting this to multibag very soon. Definitely worth listening to imo

Fairly obvious that the MMs purposely dropped the sp to gather shares imo so expecting a strong upwards trend from Monday. Assuming they dip the price first thing Monday is debateable imo as there is now very strong support for OMI. Even if they do dip the sp, it will be very difficult to buy in and the dip will be very short lived. It seems there are tending to be more buyers than sellers generally now OMI has started the big move up and many shares are being tighly held for much bigger rewards imo. Makes sense for some to top slice as the sp moves up but keeping a core holding for much high rewards makes good sense imo. I rarely have taken profits when a share goes up, but i have sold a portion on the way up to reduce overall risk and stress. That said if there is a sure fire odds on bet for success, OMI definitely is the one imo. Also as the market cap increases, OMI will now be on the radars of much bigger investors. OMI now has to be one of the strongest shares on aim going forward. I may still buy a few back if the opportunity arises assuming my other shares do well.

Yes been very quiet here and the sp has been at this low level for a while now. Done a small top up today as i believe we will get some positive news anytime....this will really liven up the sp imo. Top up at the lows when it is quiet with low volume before the droves start getting back in.

ST, I'm in OMI and it has only recently started the vertical move up following another big player, Agnico, joining in with Newmont and OMI. This was a big catalyst for the big move up in the sp there. It shows what can happen when the ball really starts rolling. Seems this can and is very likely to happen with Alba as well imo, hence why i have bought as many shares as i can at these very low levels. Looking forward to some big new from Alba very soon

Agree 100%. Bhargav has kept the faith despite tough times. Can be difficult to keep the faith especially when the first 2 years was very quiet and the sp went to lows around 2.5p....had quite a few then but i sold out. Bought back in just before double figures with a smaller holding. That said in just a few weeks this has really come awake in a big way. Just shows how rewarding things can be if you get in at the lows and keep faith and patience. OMI is motoring upwards now with everything in place with 2 big partners. The sp is still at a low level and has way further to go. The big boys will start getting in and with such a low free float, this will just cause the sp to squeeze much higher in very short time frame. Wont surprise me if we hit £1 in a relativey short space of time

Does feel like the sp is just trading in a narrow range and just awaiting big news. Would be happy with a sudden move up SNG style...with the right news it could happen imo. Val201 news or Val301 news could could come any time and surprise us all. Holding and waitin and may top up if the oppotunity arises. The sp at this present level is pretty much at the bottom imo

Alba is very undervalued imo and i expect this will mltibag in the short term. The sector is on a bull run with gold increasing in value and looking to go even higher with the assets here looking like hot property. The warrants gave the MMs an excuse to drop the sp and as the saying goes buy on dips which i have. Topped up my holding with my order going through the NEX exchange.

Looks like reasonable targets iceman888 with what Val have. Could obviously be much higher with the right RNS about further progress with Val201 or Val301 or other product news. Expect things are happening in the background so positive product news could come anytime imo

Warrants likey to have been pre sold and will quickly get churned through either way. Just means more money in the bank for Alba. Many positives in play. Alba on a strong uptrend now. Gold grades likey to be very good and in abundance imo

The trend is strongly up for sure but the MMs will mess around with the sp to allow them to collect shares where possible. And as usual it will be difficult to buy at times as the MMs will not want to sell shares. Way too many positives in play now and very risky tring to short/spreadbet to the downside as any drop will be very short lived. Try to day trade is very risky now as trying to buy back in and hoping to make a profit on the trade will be tricky imo

Seems all the excitement has gone now with volume very low....I expect things are happening in the background and thinking positive news could come anytime and so liven up the sp again...

Agree Bhargav. Great interview. Just watched it. Just a few 'nuggets' to highlight, The Newmont, Agnico, Omi relationship reduces overall risk, OMI is well funded and has all the necessary resources in place, the mining operation is located in an area with the right geology in place etc. The interview was very informative and very positive with Brad saying OMI will be moving to be a top tier junior explorer.....the future is really looking amazing now for OMI. The previous 2 years have been very slow buy now things are really starting to fall into place. This means a much bigger sp going forward and not one to be missed. Nice one Bhargav, you've always kept the faith here. Just wished i had held on to my original shares. Just proves how patience can pay off in a big way. Either way, i am holding a fair chunk of shares going forward and expect the sp to multibag going forward

So many positives here, 0.5p broken. would expect to see the sp storm ahead now. Way too many positives in play now to justify a much higher sp. Big rewards come from getting in at the early stages. There are several gold plays around that have multibagged many times once the postives start rolling out. Alba just starting the engine
