The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Despite the casual nature of the interview, I would rather focus on the numbers which look very good imo...the numbers just show how undervalued Boil is...just a matter of time before we get a big re rate in the sp.
Boil have said they are happy to sell for the right price so it really makes sense for a big player to come in and offer a buy out. Boil is after all an explorer not a producer...so a buyout would be the most benefical all round. There are several big players awash with ready cash from big profits so really a buyout makes good sense to me. Clearly boil have to talk in a way about the drilling phase...until a buy out is tabled?......could literally happen any time....any inkling of a buyout and this low sp will be history.
I think 1p per share based on Chuditch is a reasonable valuation over the coming weeks/months but also Dunrobin has it's own value attached as well. So either way the sp is way undervalued. I am thinking maybe we get an update on Dunrobin near term before Chuditch to boost the sp in the mean time.
I think the short interview was generally okay..granted not ground breaking, but the numbers were good and the sp valuation was credible imo for Chuditch..we also have Dunrobin in the background so the present low sp and selling pressure really makes no sense to me especially as the sp has already come down a fair bit over the last few weeks.
All does seemingly look good with Boil but this constant sp surpression is frustrating and bemusing to me. That said, this is typical of how aim can work. Logic goes out of the window and sp manipulation is part and parcel of how aim works. Solid news about a JV or sale will be the main catalyst for a big move up in the sp it would seem for now imo. It is really just a waiting game for big news on Dunrobin and Chuditch which must be due sooner rather than later imo.
Holding all the shares i have for a much higher sp which will come soon enough imo...I would be topping up at this crazy low price if i had the funds....but alas no extra funds so just a holding and waiting game i guess.
The sp just seems to be stuck in this rut despite what we know about the sp valuation...really cannot figure this out...Just seems the sp is firmly being surpressed by bigger forces for now. This will change at some point but i guess we just have to hold and let market forces do their thing. Aim really is just beyond belief at times. However it is what it is and just have to hold as real valuation will come in due course.
So Chuditch alone is worth 1.02p today according to the CEO.....can't believe the sp is still sitting at such a low value with this in mind....and this is before any drilling. Also we have Dunrobin to add to the mix. Surely the sp has to re rate with this info imo
The little guy always is at a disadvantage, however with excellent assets and several potential suitors, Boil to a degree are still in a very good position. They will either JV or happily sell an asset/assets for the right price. So either way It is down to the bigger players but they also have to be careful not to lose out to the competition. The sp is way undervalued and is worth multiples of where we are now. Just have to sit and wait for things to fall into place...which they will soon enough imo.
Seems things are happening in the background...but volume very low and sp just treading water...like watching paint dry...though less exciting...I do expect the sp will explode upwards at any time that said.
It does surprise me that there are still a few sellers around this price now bearing in mind we have had a fairly big percentage drop over the last couple of weeks or so...i wonder if the sp is just still being surpressed as soon as we get any upwards move by bigger forces...soon enough such negative forces will stop and the upwards path will emerge. I guess our present sp is around bottom so all to play for imo.
News could come any day now on Dunrobin or Chuditch and more than likely we will only know with a 7am RNS....and we may get a possible heads up if we start seeing a big increase in buy volume. I would rather be holding now than try to time news. The sp has lost alot of froth over the last couple of weeks already, so i would think people would now be buying in or thinking of buying in very soon.
An outright sale of assets sounds good to me....Those big companies that may be interested are awash with cash so maybe makes sense for a big player to just come in and buyout certain assets completely which then gives them ultimate control...The Boil Directors are happy to sell for the right price...The sp seems to have stagnated around present levels now but i dont think it will be much longer for the sp to start a strong move upwards as things hot up.
Further positive news could come any day...alot is happening in the background imo and those thinking no news due, you could easily miss out on a big surprise RNS....each to their own as no one really knows for sure except those in the know of course.
Seems like the 2 RNS's many waited for in February, though positive imo, were not good enough for the market and so the constant drop over the last several days. The sp is worth many multiples of where we are now imo but market forces are pushing the price down as we await further news, whenever that may be. How low will it go before a re trace back up ?
Which ever way we look at it, the assets that Boil have are worth way more than the present sp. We now have a concrete assessment that proves the value. These assets are in big demand so it is just a matter of time for the sp to re rate accordingly. I would expect the sp to be on the radar of many people and expect a recovery from now on.
Good update by Allenby and an increase in their target sp. Boil have given updates this month on Dunrobin and now Chuditch as they indicated so keeping to their word which is a very good sign imo. The sp was hammered at open by the MMs with the usual derampers etc plying their trade. I would assume such people have now bought in and disappeared off the board for now. All looking good for Boil over the coming weeks. Just a holding game imo as we await developmens on both Dunrobin and Chuditch. This is all looking very strong for Boil imo. I did a small top up today as the price got viciously dropped. I do expect a rising sp over the coming days/weeks as we now await further positive developments.
