Mms were always going to take advantage to drop the price and scare some people and of course the usual derampers come out to play....however MRE due at any point now. Could be today or Monday imo...expecting a rebound in the sp very soon....:)

There is always a chance of an intra day rns for the MRE so very risky being on the sidelines now. MRE due any day now and I do anticipate a strong reading.

Likely Brad will have MRE in his hands over the next day or so and ready for a Monday morning release imo

The rns on the 26th of January is a bit ambiguous relating to the MRE with the words 'anticipated' and 'delivered' being used. With hindsight this now looks more likely for MRE news to be RNS'd next week imo, hopefully Monday or Tuesday imo.

Brad now has all the ace cards....any JV will be on his terms. OMI is in a very strong position and they now can dictate the terms of any agreement/JV imo.

Any JV will definitely be way more in favour of OMI...lessons will be learnt from the previous

JV with Newmont. Now with the massive positives OMI have, Brad will get the best option for OMI and shareholders imo..Brad now has way more clout than ever before.

Sp looking strong but still not even at the last placing price...big news due and looks like many are anticipating a much bigger move up in the sp...it was way oversold to the downside and even now it is merely clawing back that previous drop

No doubt the naysayers will come from under their rock to sow seeds of doubt....our resident deramper....we all know who he is....will appear likely later tonight or early Monday morning imo before 8am...I have him filtered thankfully. That said Omi is in a very strong position with big news due this month....the MMs will always try and take advantage where possible. Any sp weakness, if at all, will quickly be bought into imo. With big news due, Omi will be very much in demand.

WSBN is way undervalued and is still a fair way under the 2 previous placings but now with big news due over the next few weeks, I expect the sp will really start to motor up even more.

I have certain posters on a filter for good reason especially when they have no positive interest in OMI, they are just here to cause disruption and wind people up. No amount of reasoning with them will work as they have their own agenda. Either working in tandem with the MMs or just sad individuals that are here to get a kick out of winding people up. These type of people are on many boards and are not worth the effort of replying to. Best to just filter and ignore them once it is obvious what their motives are.

The sp has been hammered down and is just recovering from being way oversold....news must be due anytime now imo....makes sense for some positive news re:drilling around now to get sentiment back up then maybe a placing imo

I see a greenbox appearing as usual...I guess it begins with J.....wont even waste my time reading the garbage that is in those posts....I dobthink many of the persistent baysayers work in tandem with the MMs to surpress the sp in their favour....either that or they are just disgruntled sad individuals....that said great RNS and expecting the sp to recover once the MMs have done their thing.

Another great RNS showing things are coming together in a solid way for OMI....surprised the sp is still stuck at these levels but that should change soon enough....gold at near all time highs with silver on steroids and mre on course for January. With many positives in play i'm expecting the sp to wake up and move beyond 30p very soon.

It does seem the BOD have basically destroyed the sp by their actions over the last few weeks and crushed shareholder sentiment. If they do need funds in the future, i can't see how anyone would want to provide funds with the way the sp has performed since the last placing. That said i do believe the resource will come good eventually and the sp will recover at some point. The sp is way oversold imo and i will continue to hold and likely buy at lower prices if the opportunity arises.

I'm leaning towards 1 big RNS with multiple results bunched together. I think now it is obvious the BOD have a good insight to what the results are likely to be but don't wish to divulge them to us lowly shareholders as yet. Could well be bigger things are happening in the background hence the lack of any good news as such. That said the BOD should have the decency to update us on the state of affairs bearing in mind the very bad state of the sp especially with it being around 50% of the recent previous placing in old money.

With such a high level of pessimism and many calling for an even lower price etc etc, the opposite could well happen and many will miss their buy in prices. The market has a habit of wrong footing people whether to the upside or downside. Either way at some point the sp will turn to the upside and in a big way imo.
