I have spent a fair amount of time on the sector and for the life of me can not see that near-term prospect. Granted the company is at the beginning of its journey with some fine people at the helm, but it's a big ask.

On the other hand the bid is approaching £1.60, more than I could possibly have foreseen.

Other than my gas stock selection - CHAR, SOU, SOUC - the two largest oilies JSE and PTAL are not faring too well at present. Hence a recent concentration on other sectors which are yielding results . . . important to spread risk in other knowledge bases as time marches on.

. . . it hasn't taken long to attract significant attention.
Morocco is well and truly back on the map with CHAR and SOU leading the way.

The above was included in a wide-ranging assortment of reading last night. As usual it was indicative of how much I don't know. Scalability will be considered at some point but the current niche market is going to be very productive. S American growth, wherever Spanish is spoken, can be anticipated.

Getting there . . . another +2p will satisfy for the time being.
The $3 Canadian target is maintained and the stock will remain in demand on TSX.
Shortly, a lot more activity will be seen on the bb.

All the new tech is quite challenging for an old guy.
My knowhow is confined eg. to separating potable water from from seawater via limestone along the Skeleton Coast - very basic survival measures.

Eccles - Have you any specialised knowledge on this subject?
During my study yesterday I was blending in the tech on another knowledge base with HMI's Brazil product(s) which has become a big part of the p/f, i.e. hydrogen enhancing their product.

Chemistry was never my strong point.
Would like to have a better grip on the subject and the process(es).
Angel's assessment was enlightening but even they haven't fully understood the potential here.

Thanks for the response. Generally I only invest on a handful of criteria: knowing the country and/or geology, corresponding with management, thorough understanding of a balance sheet, plus other factors. Lately I have explored new opportunities including Brazil, Egypt, Morocco and Paraguay.

My only connection with Paraguay was contact with a lady from from Harare who taught in some backwater for several years. She found the destitution, isolation, poverty, etc hard going and subsequently threw in the towel (moving on to Port Stanley and freezing in the process).

As things have moved on since this morning perhaps a bolder approach would have been more appropriate. Having gained greater understanding of ATOM's objectives via the literature I'll be increasing the stake at some point.

As Halifax had a temporary reduced commission offer it seemed a fair opportunity to nip in with a trial order. Whereas I have always been wary of PPC - ever since 2010 - the management credentials here are worthy ones.

Have been experimenting with newer and emerging stocks, and this sector is a first. Anticipating rapid upside is impractical but if initial targets are reached 2023 could be a very good year. Anyway £750 as a tentative step is hardly reckless.

Some management faces reflect a good pedigree: their respective skillsets will be crucial.
