Think it will go alot higher. Small top us this morning for me. I have a feeling relisting is linked to them knowing reg approval is sooner rather than later but I accept that is speculation. Just don't think funding would be done without that reassurance.

Let's hope so. This does feel like it is going to do an Xcite Energy style gain. Just hope the Americans handle a discovery better than Xcite did!

If they confirm the 350k ounces and at 5000 an ounce current price, you won't need to worry.

Someone mentioned GGP earlier. They have 8 million ounces of gold and a 4.68 billion £ market cap. Neo will have 5 million ounces of gold across South African upon completion of the deal and the uranium resources, current market cap is 27.5m £.

Once it is completed there is 20 billions dollars of resource in the ground. Recover just 5% of that and we would all be done.

I have listened to the October 2025 Stockbox Q&A again today.

Couple of statements stand out -

If they get regulatory approval they say they will have more proven resources than any other junior London listed company. That's very good news as plenty have much higher market caps than NEO currently.

They also say they expect a significant rerate of the company share price and they know there will be alot of trading but they are not here to build just a 50m or 100m market cap company. Reminder 100m is around 4p per share. So they won't be happy with that.

This company excites me.

Some excellent posts today. Wish we could fast forward to the end of Q1 and see if the market cap is 100m.

I don't think the interim results will be much different to last year in terms of costs. Book value will obviously have increased alot as the price of Weshop shares is much higher.

A few interesting things I have noted.

Hawk and WeShop share the same Jersey registered address.

Current and previous directors of WeCap have options for 10m shares at 3p. They obviously thought that was an attractive price when it was decided upon.

For me it's hold and wait for the big gains! Huge demand for uranium globally currently, tiny market cap and a huge resoure of proven gold too. When JB said 20 billion dollars of resource at today's market prices, in the very long Stockbox Q and A interview, it certainly woke me up a bit. 4p target in Q1.

Surprised you didn't hold on a bit longer. Could be closer to 2p this time next week if news comes out.

Yep looking strong again, decent size buys. Most holding for that 100m market cap target imo.

4p would be approximately a 100m market cap. As long as regulatory approvals are granted, I see that being hit in Q1.

There are many exploration companies with far higher market caps, who haven't found anything proven. Regulatory approval will cause a significant rerate. Interested to hear views on how much. I don't think £100m market cap would be outrageous personally.

Would be nice but I am after over 3p and happy to wait. As long as they get the reg approvals this will rerate significantly. The October 2025 video on Stockbox states over 20 billion dollars of gold and uranium resources. Put a market cap on that! Must be more than what it is now!!!

Reg approvals expected within next 9 weeks. Multibagger when that happens.

Yeah I am no longer invested but this is still on the watchlist, so I got the alert. The CEO has let the shareholders down. Needs less talk more action.

Decent partnerships as holidays are high ticket purchases. WeCap have invested more than their current market cap in WeShop and sit at a huge discount to NAV. Happy to buy more each time I take a dividend from work.

Pleased to see NEO firmly on the radar. I recognise quite a few names here who I regard as savvy. All bodes well. If approval is confirmed which I fully expect, I see this pushing onto 3 to 5p. I don't see another small cap with more multibag potential currently.
