Although this is Tom forum, the two co's have a common link in oil extraction. what happens to 1 will likely happen to the other.

Valkor are no longer 50/50 in Greenfield. Tomco are sole owners.
When Greenfield did the upgrades to PQE plant using their own money this allowed them to get a multi licence for our construction of PQE technology, this was instead of PQE paying us back.
So we now have a multi licence not just 1
